• Founded and managed this boutique interactive practice to better serve small, medium, and specialized organizations.
• Won a wide range of clients, including entrepreneurs, national nonprofits, life sciences, B2B firms, energy companies, and other creative agencies.
• Projects have included mobile/iOS applications, information architecture, web strategy, web application development, digital marketing, content creation/writing, branding, social media, communications strategy, print layout & advertising, and interactive experience development.
• Keystone project was to manage the development of a multi-million dollar mobile experience center and legislative experience/communications center for Texas’ largest utility, Oncor. Primarily led development of the interactive experience including touch screens, experiential learning, video and motion graphics production, digital signage, &c. Two versions of both centers were created and are still in operation.

• Responsible for developing and leading an interactive consulting business for this strategic communications firm. Worked with a wide range of clients including Diageo, Sesame Workshop, LPL Financial, Sprint Nextel, Integra Telecom, Enron Creditors, and others.
• Provided counsel across the company on best practices for interactive trends and digital marketing, strategic planning, user experience design, custom software development, crisis and special situations communications, and investor relations.
• Managed day-to-day technology operations, including web server ecosystem and programming.
• Developed and managed budgets, won new business, managed client relationships and co-supervised the design & marketing group.
• Assisted in systems and personnel transition related to acquiring an interactive marketing firm.

Senior Developer; US Product Management Lead

• Launched many different financial content projects for a diverse set of clients including Comcast.net, Conde Nast Portfolio, Zecco, ABCNews.com, Business Week, Hoovers, the New York Stock Exchange, the Philadelphia Stock Exchange, the Chicago Board of Options Exchange, and others.
• Supervised and mentored programmers and project management staff. Worked with international offices to adapt European product set to the U.S. Market; provided product expertise to technology and sales staff throughout Interactive Data.
• Assisted with sales engineering and pre-sales for business development as a subject matter and product expert. Won business from NYSE, TheStreet.com, and Motley Fool.
• Pioneered relationship between Interactive Data and Salesforce.com to provide a turnkey, easily deployed plug-in application for the Salesforce platform.

Website Architect; Corporate Trainer

• Responsible for day-to-day operations of corporate web properties, including strategically targeting audiences, micro-sites, and white-labeled portals for clients.
• Developed mission-critical web applications for use by clients and candidates at various levels of technical aptitude.
• Concurrent with web operations, led corporate training for new CRM software being deployed across seven nationwide offices.

Lead Technology Specialist; EuroTrain Program Manager

• Managed the technology strategy and development for this national nonprofit leadership training organization, including main website, eCommerce, digital marketing initiatives, and special projects.
• Planned and co-led the flagship international training experience, EuroTrain, including student recruitment, travel scheduling, training material development, and coordinating with counterparts abroad. Led yearly eJournal, including video production crew.
