The Lunch Club, 2007

• Redeveloped the software architecture for this community-based social networking and meet-up organization. The software running the site had become severely dated and a total overhaul was necessary, resulting in the redevelopment of business logic components to plug into the preselected vBulletin software and built in the pre-existing look and feel.

Headway Corporate Resources, 2007

• Headway required a web-based front end application for their corporate clients. The application would allow their clients to enter and manage job orders, review invoice history and manage their relationship to the staffing firm. The front-end was tied to the firm's applicant-tracking system via web services.

Keep Growing, Inc., 2003 - 2005

• Planned, Architected, Developed and Maintained the corporate website for this small consulting and leadership resourcing firm. Key projects included full information architecture, development of an eCommerce platform, a custom-built multi-user coaching session scheduling system that allowed customers to reserve coaching sessions with a user-determined schedule. System included a timed automatic engine to send reminders and charge credit-cards 2-3 days in advance of each session.

Dr. Bruce Steffes, 2002 - 2005

• Developed the personal website of this medical missionary to Africa. Requirements included a content management system and e-zine subscription, content, and distribution program.

• Led a corporate strategic planning project to redevelop the stagnating website. Focused on developing a true information architecture, this project involved interviewing all major stakeholders and developing a detailed web strategy for this multi-national nonprofit training organization.

Lead Website Architect, 2005 - 2006

• Responsible for managing the strategy, development, content creation and maintenance of the corporate web properties, including several specially-targeted pages, strategic micro-websites and customer-centric portals.
• Planned, designed, and built interactive, intuitive mission-critical web applications for use by clients and candidates at various levels of technical aptitude.
• Led key international web marketing initiatives alongside the Marketing Director for corporate and program promotion.

Software Deployment Project - Corporate Training, 2005 (concurrent)

• Concurrent with my other responsibilities, I managed the corporate training program for a new CRM application being deployed across all offices. Key successes included strong adoption rate of the software among a technically non-savvy user base and writing the technical documentation.

Top Flight Leadership (now Nexlead), Los Angeles, California

Head of Technology, 2001 - 2004

• Managed all aspects of technology and especially web strategy for this national nonprofit leadership training organization. Developed the corporate website with PHP + MySQL templating system; developed proprietary eCommerce system.
• Annually developed the website for the organization's major European training program, EuroTrain, which included many streaming media previews of the event. Site used flash for in-page features.
• Annually developed and managed a live eJournal for the EuroTrain experience. Required the assembling and managing of a live, traveling production team that produced and published written updates, streaming media movies, and video updates from each student ever 3-4 days during the experience, dynamic photo galleries and Flash-ennabled photo slideshows.
